PC Restarts when I play games

i have had this problem form months now, every time i play a game (demanding or not) my computer will reboot here are my specs:

CPU: AMD FX 8350 Black Edition
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS10X Optima
Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit)
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA-UD3
RAM: 8GB Corsair 1866mhz Vengeance (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: 1TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 280X 3GB
Sound Card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Internet: Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps MIMO PCI card
Case: Corsair Carbide Spec
PSU: 650W Corsair VS

im getting about 60-70 temp on my cpu when i am playing games, although i dont think thats the problem.

You have a very low quality PSU l, really not good for a gaming pc. This is typical of a psu problem, with it being known as a low quality unit my money is on it starting to fail.

is there anyway i could check this with any software

Not that I know of. HWMonotor allows you to monitor voltages but I find its voltage readings inaccurate.
