Question PC restarts whenever I launch any game

My computer restarts itself whenever I launch any games such as Overwatch, Valorant and even CSGO, the game opens and as soon as i press the mousebutton once it just restarts.
I've tried reinstalling GPU drivers, reinstalled CPU drivers, and scanned for corrupted windows files. At some point it fixed itself for a solid game of Valorant then it randomly restarted itself and it happens everytime now.
I've ran a CPU and RAM stress test and nothing seemed wrong, whenever i try to run a GPU benchmark it restarts right away.

Is there something wrong with the GPU or PSU? Or could it be something else? I had my PSU replaced about 3 months ago and there hasnt been any problems. BIOS is also up to date.

Motherboard : ASSU TUF Z390-PLUS GAMING (WIFI)
CPU : i7-9700k cpu @ 3.6GHz
GPU : Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070
RAM : Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL15 Vengeance

Update

Problem is still ongoing, I figured I'd test and try and put some kind "stress" on the GPU so I opened like 60 tabs of youtube videos which had the GPU at like 60% Utilization and it never restarted. So it only happens whenever I open a game. Anyone got any idea ?

Remove the gpu and connect to the mobo.

Start a game......what happens.

I fixed it all by removing all the PSU cables and pulling the GPU out and putting it back in with a new PCI-e cable replacement.
