Question Pc running in slow motion.

This is really annoying to me. My pc has been running in slow motion . Like when I start my pc at the motherboard screen it takes too much time as if it has freezed. But waiting after sometime when that screen goes away then the windows 7 logo screen appears that logo animation also goes in slow motion, then the login page also goes the same way. I thought I should play my game to see if this problem occurs their also and I was right , the game was also running in slow motion. Last night I changed my smps from 550w to 750w but that was because my 550w smps wasn't working. Please help me!!!



My pc spec:
Intel i7-4790 processor
8gb DDR3 ram
GTX 1660- 6gb amp graphics card
1tb HDD
B85M-d3h-a gigabyte motherboard

Run CrystalDiskInfo, check your HDD's SMART status and stats. If you see yellow or red anywhere, your HDD is failing and you need to get a replacement ASAP if you want to salvage whatever data you can before it fails completely.

In that case, it would be best if you installed Windows on the new HDD/SSD first and did your recovery from there to minimize avoidable wear on the dying drive.

try to save your data, and get a new SSD and fresh install windows.. seems like a disk failure
