pc running low

overclocked my cpu, revesed it back to normal and now my pc is very slow.

here is my userbenchmark score:

my theory is that my psu somehow got damaged but I'm really not sure.

I've been having a lot of problems with my pc recently so I would greatly appreciate any help.

is says you have too much background process.

you can use task manager to see what process are taking your cpu resources. and deal with it accordingly.

google chrome is taking most of the resources but nothing out of the ordinary, 25% max. but then what about all of my other components? I don't think the problem is with tasks, thanks for the suggestion tho.

did you turn your memory xmp on? looks like the ram is running at 2133.

could you run the benchmark without chrome running?

Checked if xmp is on, it's not.
As for the benchmark, I ran it again with everything closed and the results were better but still lower than they were before.

I also ran cinebench:
cpu - 775
opengl - 92 fps
