I been having problems with my PC since yesterday. I build this PC and I have it since September from last year. So, yesterday it starter to act a little weird and started to freeze. Every time I clicked at something, it freezes. Sometimes it run slow, even on the desktop. Today when I do some amount of clicks, it freezes and takes from 5-20 secs to get normal. Some programs take some seconds to open sometimes. I download the AVG yesterday and delete some virus; like 3, but hey weren't that effective. I restart the PC and nothing happened.

MY PC:
Processor - Intel i7
16GB of RAM
2 SSD (one 500GB and the other 250GB)
2 HDD (One 500GB and the other 1TB)
GTX 770 Graphic card
Motherboard - Asus Z87

what was your antivirus program before you downloaded avg?you can only have one av running or you will run across all kinds of problems.what did avg find?this is important because if you are infected we need to know what it is so we can apply the proper fix.download, update and run hijack this from trend micro and scan your system.DO NOT FIX ANYTHING JUST YET.post the logfile in your next post.

I didn't have an anti virus before.

How can I get the log files from AVG?

ouch, you might be screwed here.so you have avg installed try to schedule a boot time scan.restart your computer and let it scan.hopefully you can get it cleaned up enough to get rid of the rest of your malware.do you have any other malware programs installed?heres an idea.download malwarebytes on another uninfected machine to a usb stick.try installing it on yours in safemode.if you can install in safemode run it and remove anything it comes up with.if you can post a log do so.if not let us know what it came up with.

How do you know the virus are the problems to my question? No, I don't have other virus, but I got to see the virus that were removed from my PC and they were like 9 not 3.

here is an analogy.running a modern computer without av is akin to riding your bike against traffic while being blindfolded and wearing earplugs.you are at a crossroads here with your computer.either try to fix it or wipe the drive and reinstall.and if you choose the latter i wouldnt be trying to save any files as they will be infected too. your choice,im just here to help so makes no difference to me one way or the other.

I'm not going to re-delete everything. I had Windows 7 than upgrade to Windows 8. I had problems and I downgrade to Windows 7 and I have delete everything and it took me a lot to re-install everything.
