So, I built my pc about a month ago with no problems, its been amazing. Well, a few days ago it completely froze and refused to boot after the problem occurred. After I came back from school the next night I was able to boot but my PC only lasted for about 20 minutes before it shut itself off. It just happened again. Note that the error code listed is the one that is just reserved for other codes.
Symptoms:
-PC completely froze, would not respond to any command.
-My USB parts with LEDS lost power, but nothing inside the case appears to have lost its power.
-Will not boot, my LEDS all turn on inside but none of my peripherals are working and my monitor displays nothing, not even detecting its in an 'ON' state.
-Only powers on after a couple hours of none use, and only stays powered on for about 20 minutes no matter what I'm doing on it.
Parts:
-Ryzen 7 1700
-Asus Strix 1080ti
-Asus Crosshair VI Hero
-Samsung 850 EVO SSD
-WD Blue 1TB
-NZXT Kraken X62 rev 2
-Trident Z RGB (16 GB)
-Corsair RX850 PSU
-Dell S2417DG
Thanks in advance for your help.

Solution
Before going any further, you need to check for major over-heating of your CPU. S system that runs fine for a short time, then suddenly shuts off and will not re-start until it cools down, has a real problem, likely with the CPU cooling system.

Use the tools and utilities that came on the CD with your mobo to check on the CPU temperature and CPU cooling fan speed. Or, use the Kraken software that controls your X62 system for that. With that system, look at both the pump speed and the radiator fan speeds. You may have a failed pump, or failed rad fans.
