Hi guys im stuck between3 possible buys at the minute.i am keeping my grx card psu and hdd.


option 1
16gb ddr4 vengeance
asus prime mobo
ryzen 5 1500x
£245

option 2
8gb ballastic ddr4 or vengeance
ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte A320M-S2H
£234

option 3
8gb ballastic or vengeance
ryzen 1600x
Gigabyte A320M-S2H
£240

My grx card is r9 280x 3gb

Are you planning on ever OC'ing the CPU? If so, the A320 boards are out.

Then if those are the only choices, I'd go with option 2 or 3. But if you go with 2, might as well get a 400-series board. Just in case that 300-series board would need a BIOS update to recognize the 2000-series Ryzen.

Are you in the US? Do you have a case? Win?

I might get the b motherboard if the price difference isn't to harsh and I live in the UK with an atx case and win 10
