PC says only 7.94GBs of my installed 16GBs of RAM is available.

when i go in the setting or BIOS, it says only 7.94GBs of RAM is available out of 16GBs installed. the RAM is newly bought and installed. the motherboard is a Asus ROG Strix B350-F. i have reseated the RAM sticks and made sure they were properly installed. I also tried setting the RAM in the 2 other slots as per the manual and still said only 7.94GBs of 16 available. The motherboard is fairly new (was bought October of last year). Also, the RAM only runs at 2133 MHz instead of 3000MHz that it is rated for.

Yes and both worked when I tried each one separately.

BIOS is up to date and yes it shows 8GBs of memory.

Bent CPU pins can cause these sorts of issues. You may need to pull your CPU to inspect for this.

both sticks are recognized since in BIOS and in the settings it says 16GB of ram installed but then in parentheses it says 7.94GB available.

I have not inspected the pins. I will check them when i get a chance and see if i can find any bent pins or anything out of the ordinary.
