[SOLVED] PC screen glitch then it shuts down?

recently bought a pc with:

i3 8100
gigabyte b365m d3h
gskill aegis 8gb 2666mhz
cooler master mwe 550w
cooler master mb500 case,
the ssd/hdd and graphics card are old parts from other pc (bought graphics card rx 470 msi gaming 4gb in 2016 december).

So the power goes out randomly where i live, it did half hour ago and came back within 5 minutes.

I started my pc and as soon as i reached the login screen (windows 10) there were green color dots/blocks dancing around on screen and computer shut down on its own.

When i started it again it powered up and shut down after 2 seconds, this happened like 2-3 times then finally started now im using the pc, so what could have been the problem? im afraid it might happen again. I have already shut down and started pc again 3 times to see if this problem is happening again nothing has happened for now.

If you have random power cuts / blackouts / brownouts then you will want to invest in protection such as a UPS.
Your PSU is not the greatest quality so it could quite easily damage other components if there are surges or blackouts.
