Hello. I have a new build with an Asus Hero Maximus Z790 & an i9-13900K. The GPU is a Quadro RTX A4500. The PC runs like a sewing machine, except for the fact that after restarts, no monitors will respond, or keyboard or mouse. The RGB and other lights on the MOBO, plus fans are on though. If the PC is allowed to go to sleep, it also gets stuck in this mode. The only way to get back into the PC is via a "Hard" reboot.

Any ideas?

Lenovo PCs are prone to this (yes I know it's not a Lenovo PC) but the point is the same.

It appears to be something in relation to Hibernation that occurs even if disabled by the end user. Take a look at this ARTICLE walking you through manually disabling and removing the hibernation file (I recommend doing each step even if you have disabled it previously). It has seemed to help in each instance I've used it.

The article is for Windows 11 but the steps are the same for Windows 10.

In the bios, there will be some options as to what can wake the pc from sleep.
The default is likely only the power button.
Set to allow usb devices like to keyboard to wake.

You may also want to look to more complicated issues like the allowable sleep states.
Sometimes, the power delivered while very low sleeping may not be sufficient.
