[SOLVED] Pc showing no sign of power

Yesterday I was going to turn on my pc but it didn't show power, I tried plugging the atx cable in and out and it worked, But today it stopped working aswell, I tried the same thing but it didn't work. I have tried different outlets and cables and no cable seems to be unplugged.

Update: I pushed the power button and the fan moved slightly
