Question PC shut down when launching/playing video games

Whenever I launch/play video games, the screen goes black while the fans go to 100% automatically. The screen proceeds to show me a "No signal detected". Im using a DP Cable, but also tried with a HDMI, and the problem continues. I also tried changing the GPU, but with the same result. Only solution is to hold the power button till the PC completely shut downs.

RTX 2080 Ti
32 GB RAM
512 HDD (Plus two 2TB SSD)
As for PSU, the sticker is nowhere to be seen through the glass, and I don't have the necessary equipment to open the case at the moment to find it.
