PC shut down, wont turn on

I was on my PC and it just shut down out of nowhere and not it wont boot. I changed the PSU but its was still not booting here are my specs. .

Powercolor PCs+ HD7870
Intel i3-3220 Ivy bridge
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Cosair Vengeance 8GB 2x4GB
Corsair CX600M 600W
Asrock Z77 Extreme LGA115 ATX

The LED of the Debug Dr. do not light up but the CMOS button and teh reset and power button the mobo do light up

I would say the motherboard died because you said the debug DR LED's aren't lighting up. That's normally supposed to light up any time you turn your computer on during post.

Damn I thats the second asrock that has failed on me. I've tried reseating it, changing the position of the RAM, and taking off the graphics card.
