Question PC shut off suddenly and now the CPU EZ Debug light is on ?

My motherboard is stuck on the ez debug CPU light. First thing i did after going through all the troubleshooting steps was RMA my CPU, which was replaced. After putting my pc back together the light still stays on, fans and everything turn on. I've made sure to go through the troubleshooting steps again and it didn't change anything. PC is around a year old. I use a Belkin surge protector as well if that matters.

Mobo: MSI B550M VDH-Pro WiFi
CPU: Ryzen 5600G
PSU: Supernova g5 650w
RAM: 2 pairs of 2x8 ripjaws 3200mhz ram
GPU: XFX qick 210 6600xt

Your motherboard has an option to flash the BIOS using the Flash BIOS button;

page 46, Updating BIOS with Flash BIOS Button , give that a go and see if that revives your platform.

Didn't seem to work. I could've did it wrong but I followed all the steps and made sure to redo them a few times.
