Question Pc shutdown after shock

My pc was running perfectly until i decided to take ups plug out and put it in different hole..but i didnt shutdown pc for that..
When i pull out the plug i got a minor shock when i touched it ( after pulling out). Pc shutsdown and now its not turning On..
Any suggestions?

What does the PC do when you try to boot?
Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

Well it didnt worked for a day...so i thought i will check it later but after like 30 hours i pressed power button and it worked
