My friend's pc has the following configs:

i5 11400f
RADEON Saphire 6600
Z590 UD AC GIGABYTE
16GB RAM
650W SEASONIC POWER SUPPLY

For some reason his PC turns off out of nowhere, we've already checked almost all the wires, if everything is well connected and it's still the same.

If anyone can help I would be grateful!

In windows errors say critical error : Kernel Power 41

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How old is the PSU in that build? Also Seasonic is the brand of the PSU while 650W is the advertised wattage, we'll need to know the model of the unit, additionally.

That would indicate that you were able to get back into the OS GUI?

The psu is Seasonic S12III Series 650W 80PLUS Bronze and has 2 years.
I saw the error in windows event manager and yes i was able to access OS GUI.

But its random when pc shutdown , sometimes he stays 1 hour and shutup another times they shutup 5 minutes later when i start the pc

Before I swapped for this new specs I had a Ryzen 5 2600 and 1650s and never happen something like this.
