Hi everyone.

I just upgraded my pc from i7-3770 to i7 10700.
There was no problem at all with my old pc but after the upgrades, its all went wrong.

My pc suddenly shutdown when I'm starting the game.
But it run smoothly on some game, like the Fall Guys.

Every components are the same only
Cpu, motherboard and ram that changes.

Here is my current spec.
I7-10700 non-k.
Z490 msi gaming plus
RX 5700xt gigabyte.
Ram 8*2 3200 bus.
PSU thermaltake 650w smart series.

And i have reinstalled windows 10 after the upgrade.

Anyone know what causing this issue?

Thank you so much

Do you have any recommendation for good PSU with reasonable price?
I could post several, but they're probably not 'reasonable'. Psu pricing was affected by Covid; it went up.
650w or higher
Corsair TXM, RM, RMX
Thermaltake Toughpower
Cooler Master MWE Gold
EVGA Supernova G3
Seasonic Focus Gold, Focus Plus Gold, Core GM
be quiet! Straight Power 10/11, Dark Power Pro 11
Superflower Leadex
Antec Earthwatts Gold Pro, Neo Eco Gold Zen

I7-10700 non-k.
Z490 msi gaming plus <- Did you do a CLEAN install of Windows after the swap? It must be done to flush out the old drivers and registry files from the older hardware.
RX 5700xt gigabyte.
Ram 8*2 3200 bus.
PSU thermaltake 650w smart series. <- Junk psu. Always has been. Thermaltake's Toughpower line is the only one worth your hard earned money.

What game exactly though?

I am kind of wondering why you went for a Z series motherboard when you don't have a K series processor, you could've saved yourself a little money there, but that doesn't change your problems right now.

Horizon zero draw, Mordhau, Rdrd2 and any other than Fall Guys

I actually got I7-10700K first. But then i sold it. After realizing that i wasn't going to overclock it. And where i live the price is not much difference between Z series and any other chipset. Also i got the MB from sale.

I did do the clean install.

The reason that i bought TT was The computer experts in my country said, it was the best PSU, they ever experienced with.
So i bought it with no doubt in my head.
Feel so stupid now.
