Question PC shuts dow

Howdy. Since a while I got a new pc tower and finally could play 2 games I wasn't able to run before (one of them being spec ops - the line)
However, now I have the same problem I had before. When I try to start the game, I get a bluescreen message, telling me "a clock interrupt was not received on the secondary kernel".
Like I said, it worked for some days and now it doesn't.
I haven't changed anything during these days, so I have no idea what could cause this.

It's all old. At least 6 years. But like I said, the game worked for some days without any problems.
It's only since today that it crashes again.
It didn't worked in my old tower. So I unplugged the pc, got the stuff into the new tower, and it worked.
So I don't know... Maybe it is the power supply. But why not the days when it worked? I played for hours then.
And other games work too

Nothing fancy. A blue flower power adapter, amd athlon x2 cpu, gigabite mainboard (GA-990FXA-UD5), 8 gb ram (ddr 3 1800)..... and an amd radeon 6900 hd graphic card
