Hi, my friends PC is constantly shutting down when eitrher trying to load a game, patch a game, or even if he has too many tabs open on google. He's put new Thermal Paste to see if it was a heat issue and that hasn't fixed it yet. He seems to think its a HDD issue or is Powersupply, any help? Thanks!

This is what he's got:
AMD FX(TM)-4350 Quad Core Processor
16gb Ram
GTX GEforce 750TI
And he said his motherboard is "Sabertooth"

Solution
Did he overclock his Cpu? What PSu is he using?
He should try to remove one of both rams and see if its work, when it crash again, change the rams, when it crash again try to use the other both slots.

How many Rams and which Rams is he using?
Are all the same? Same brand, clock, mhz.
On which slots are they installed ? A1 A2 B1 B2 ?
Did he monitor the temperature's with a tool ?

Sounds more like a Ram problem for me. But we will see.

Last year my computer kept shutting down all the time the temps were good but i bought new PSU and Motherboard and never had a problem and worst thing is that dont know if it was my PSU or motherboard just replaced them both /:. But the PSU is where all the power comes from maybe thats the reason your PC is just turning off right away.
