PC Shuts down and reboots after 5 minutes of playing Subnautica

Specs:

CPU: i5 4430
RAM: 8GB DDR3
GPU: GTX 1080
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87M-D3H
PSU: XTR 550

The computer shuts off between 3-5 minutes of playing the game, every time.

I checked the temps just before the last crash and the CPU gets to about 45C and the GPU to about 65C.

I play other games that should in theory be more graphics-intensive like Witcher 3, Total War, Tomb Raider, etc.

My GPU driver is up to date.. I'm not sure what to do next to troubleshoot this. If one of you has an idea or could point me in the right direction I'd be super appreciative. Thank you!
