PC with MSI H110i Pro motherboard shutdowns immediately. No sounds (I think it doesn’t have an internal speaker nor slot for one). Functioned normally before. Had same bug occasionally, but now it’s permanent.
No video signal from either internal or external card.
What i tried:
1) psu output tests nominal on all pins
2) msi debug leds go cpu-blink, ram-blink, cpu-blink, system shutdowns. VGA led stays off.
3) tried removing one of two memory chips. Changes behaviour. Stays on for like 8-10 seconds, then shut downs. Debug leds go cpu-blink, ram-long until end, cpu-blink and shutdowns
4) if both ram chips are removed system stays on, but no video signal. Debug lights: cpu-blink, ram-on
It’s troublesome for me get all replacement components for test. Would like to identify culprit. Will get memory chips next week, but assuming it changes nothing - how I would be able to diagnose if it’s mobo or cpu?
Thnx, guys!
