I want to play Far Cry 3 on my PC. As soon as i start the game, a strange noise starts coming from my PC that sounds like overheating. After 5 minutes of gameplay the noise stops, after that a short clicking sound is heard and then the PC shuts down and automatically powers up with the following message on the ASUS screen:

https://postimg.cc/2qPDKJd4

"Power supply surges detected during the previous power on
Asus AntiSurge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit"

My Specs are:

Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX3
CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: Nvidia GT 1030
RAM: 8GB
Windows 10 Pro
PSU: Cooler Master 500W

I am in no position to buy a new hardware right now. Is it safe to just disable ASUS Anti-Surge Protection and continue playing the game without any risks?

Solution
It (the picture) also says that your cpu isn't supported by your motherboard. Seems only 95watts TDP cpu's are supported.

Might be that the cpu draws too much power or the psu isn't enough (mostly quality wise),but me myself wouldn't want to risk the system and continuing.
