PC Shuts off after a few minutes

I just finished building my PC and after a few minutes of playing a video game the computer turned off completely and then turned back on. After a few seconds I shook the computer and it turned off again. I assumed it was an issue with the cable of the power supply, but after fixing it the computer started turning off even when it wasn't being shaken.

I assumed that the CPU was overheating, so I went inside and tried fixing the liquid cooling system. I noticed that the cooling box wasnt plugged in to the correct part of the motherboard, but after fixing it the computer shut off again after a few minutes.

Can someone please give me advice on how to fix this/what the problem might be? Thanks. (I'm an amateur)

When it comes to problems like shutting down or crashing system people blame to CPU or GPU
you should check your PSU, is it adequate enough to power your system
and also check for the temperature of CPU, GPU and make sure your case temperature is under control
