Question Pc shutting down during gaming

My PC keeps shutting down during any game, completely turning off. i have replaced every part except the motherboard. Nothing in event viewer/reliability monitor tells me anything about what is wrong with my PC.

Specs
Ryzen 5 5600X
Nvidia RTX 2060
600w gold PSU
Ripjaws 32gb 3200mhz RAM
Samsung 990 pro m.2 ssd

Any advice would help

What is the make and model of the power supply? Also what do cpu temperatures look like? Usually with crashes like that there is a power issue or things are getting too hot.

does the nvme have a heatsink.
