PC shutting off and restarting by itself

Hi,
Whilst watching some youtube videos, my pc shut off and rebooted by itself. A couple minutes later whist looking through event viewer, it did it again. This is the first time it has happened. PC is about a month and a half old. Can i have some help to troubleshoot it

i7 7770k (Stock never ocked)
Gigabyte GTX 1080 (Stock never ocked)
MSI Z270 SLI
Corsair Vengence LED 16GB DDr4
EVGA G3 550W

PS. If it may help, last week I did notice a couple of times that wierdly the PC booted into the bios, i had to close it and windows started normally.

Have you been able to check Event viewer yet? It could be a power supply issue, even though that is a good unit, but you can never be sure. It could also be corrupting Windows, since you sometimes boot into the BIOS.

Thanks for the response, im not too sure what exactly to look for, can you give me an idea?

You can also download a app called who crashed it will give you the details of the error.

Thanks mate, i just downloaded it, but it said "Crash dumps are enabled but no valid crash dumps have been found. In case you are experiencing system crashes, it may be that crash dumps are prevented from being written out."'... Unless i have to wait for it to happen again?
