[SOLVED] Pc slow and keeps crashing

I just built my new gaming pc with my old hdd and ssd but after a couple minutes it starts crashing. It becomes slow and any apps and games I have open or try to open crash or doesnt open. Even on home it starts freezing. Its specs are:
Motherboard: rog strix z390-H
Gpu: gtx 1070
Cpu: i3-9100f
Psu:700w artic
Hdd: 1tb western digital
Ssd: 250gb Kingston
Ram: 1 stick of 8gb ddr4 corsair
Case:golden field n17

Install windows from scratch.
install your motherbd's chipset driver, reboot.
install your GPU driver, reboot.
Install the rest of your motherbd drivers. Reboot.
Install your appllications. Done
