PC sometimes does not boot

When I turn on my PC the MSI logo comes but after that windows does not boot and when I look at my case the Hard drive light does not turn on. I have to restart the PC 3-5times!

Specs:
AMD ryzen 2 2200g
MSI B350M GAMING PRO
8GB RAM
R7 260X
2 HDD 500GB each
TCSUNOW 60GB SSD

nexussnakesss, did it work before? Is this a new build? Can you post a screenshot of your disk management? What is your boot priority?

I build the pc 5 months ago and it used to work no it does not and have to restart it 3-5 times to boot into windows

nexussnakesss, boot only with the HDD that has the OS on it. Does that make any difference? You run SeaTools on the drive and it will let you know if the drive is faulty.

I have used the HDD with OS on it i tryed turning it on but the same thing happend again but this time I only had to restart it once I looked at my motherboard for ez debug and checked maybe it's the motherboard there is no light so everything is fine with the motherboard

Would start with clean install of Windows and a system check. The cause can me many things. PSU, memory, MB, HDD.

When pc is warm it turns on with no problem but when it's cold when booting it does not boot up windows.

Try looking at the PSU. What brand is it? Would also remove all components and re-seed them.

EVGA 500W Silver I checked everything is plugged correctly and the motherboard is getting enough power and it boots into bios

nexussnakesss, boot up with only on HDD attached at a time if you have not done so yet. Then run SeaTools on the HDD and see what the results are.
