pc sometimes freezing and restart

I have a problem on my pc.First when i'm playing cs go sometimes my pc freezing and there a loud noise coming out from my hs,there nothing i can do about it even exit the game (completely freeze).Second is my pc restart (on the same situation playing cs go).I'm not doing any oc or anything
What problem do i have on my pc ?

asus z170a
corsair lpx 4x2gb
asus gtx 970 strix
corsair cs750

Since it only happens during your game session, I would suggest it's either the power supply or the video card is bad, those would be the two most common hardware causes.
Just to make sure update your video driver and check to see if there's a firmware update too.

but asus strix and corsair cs (gold full modular) is a nice quality.If they are bad quality,my gpu will produce a coil whine

Capacitors can go bad, solder joints on the video card can pass connectivity inspection but still have flaws. It happens. I'd say your best bet is to go to run a long burn in test but deselect the video card burn in, then if it passes run just a burn in test on the video car.
