Question PC sound don't work, even with headphones

Dunno why, I just had the mobo RMA'd for another reason but it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure to install the Motherboard Audio driver from the manufacturer site.

If I had done that would it work? I'm gonna delete my old drivers and redownload the audio drivers now. Thanks.
