looking for speakers for my pc, can't decide if it's better to go for those small pc speakers or for the larger hifi speakers. budget is 200$

VIZIO SB3821-C6 38-Inch 2.1 Channel Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer $149

Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX Certified Computer Speaker System (Black) $149

ProMedia is the best you will find the sound quality is pretty close to the Bose Companion 3 Series II Multimedia Speaker System @$399.00. The soundbar isn't to far behind the Promedia but it will go a little louder and offers easier placement with the wireless sub.

HiFi? Well that depend on how loud do you need? If your tossing parties and need to provide sound for 40 people than yeah that is a better option but for a normal sized room these do fine.

HiFis have an amplifier, that can come handy.

It's impossible to match the sound quality of what I listed with a $200 Hifi setup, you will get something louder and less distorted at extremely high volumes but lacks very much so at lower more reasonable levels.

actually i went with logitech z533 for 78$,

so i dont open a new thread i'll ask here, what audio software do i use for best audio experience,,, i have a graphics card nvidia gts 250m and run on win10 if any of their programs contain audio software...?

i have found that the logitech z533 sound funny,, there are no mids,, all bass and treble no mids,, heard somewhere that to rectify this you need to " configure your sound card bit rate and the same in audio devices"... how do i do that
edit: ok, i've got the bitrate in windows to dvd quality 16 bit,, 48000 hz,do i need to go to 24 bit???,, ,, and i don't know how to acces sound card settings, i think it is on the gpu

i really am not satisfied with the purchase, my second computer has hifi large bookshelf speakers and they are wonderful, the z533 speakers have no mid range and the sub is just about thumping,
