PC spec capabilities?

So i have a year old computer.

The parts are:
CPU=amd fx 6350
GPU=gtx 960 2gb
RAM=32 gb ddr3

I was hoping to run some newer titles this year, for example wolfenstein 2, doom and destiny 2. Should i buy newer components or keep it and overclock it.

Yikes why a fx processor a year ago?

Always keep what you have and see if it does what you need. If not then you can always Upgrade. Never Upgrade because you might need more for something down the road.

The fx processor amd the gpu were the cheapest last year for a good enough processing power

A i3 6100 would have been a better option, but it's too late for that now. All you can do is look forward. Just hang on to what you have, save some money and get read for an upgrade when it won't do what you want it to
