Question Pc started incorrectly issues

I know this is a commonly asked question however I’ve looked at so many forums about the same topic with no luck so I thought starting my own would be more helpful, nonetheless I’ve been stuck in the cycle of restarting my pc and recieving the message that my pc didn’t start correctly. I’ve tried many methods to get around, such as command prompts like scannow, chkdsk, and more. I really don’t want to reinstall windows or reset the pc because I have quite a bit downloaded, so I’m asking for any additional tips on how to avoid this cycle and losing all my downloads.

Another note I’d like to include is that I built this pc in august 2020 and ordered new versions of every part listed.
