PC started to restart randomly

Hello , I've been using my computer for 3 months now and it started restarting by its own at random times either it's been up for 10 mins or 1 hour it will restart without any message. all temps are under 25*C (I don't have a videocard) and it's happening really randomly , either I'm playing games or watching youtube .
My specs
Asus Z170-A
i7 4790k (no OC , turbo boost on)
8GB RAM
NZXT HALE82 V2 550W

Edit: found out it does more often when I'm restarting . It will restart before showing the desktop then system repair pops out and tells me the pc didn't start correctly (win10)

Replace that horrible power supply unit with something that has better electrical output quality.

But it worked for 3 months , why would it make problems now ??

Just because it "works" doesn't mean it can't and won't fry your system. Cheap power supplies don't last long, and don't deliver as constant and reliable power, and often don't have safety features in place to prevent it from frying components.

I also get a overclock failed screen when restarting ?

Set your overclock back to factory default. You should never overclock with a poor quality power supply.
