My PC starts but I don't get any visual output.

Normally I sleep my computer and wake it up after 16 hours. Many times after waking up, there was no signal on monitor but after reset everything was okay. Again this happened and I reset computer but my monitor was completely black. I tried to restart computer many times but didn't work.

I have checked connection between monitor and PC. Used different cables (DisplayPort and DVI) on both graphics card and motherboard sockets. I don't think problem is in monitor because similar thing happened many times before and after reset it worked well.

When I start PC, all fans are working properly and lights on my keyboard works. If I press power button just once after 1 minutes after opening PC, it turns off in 1 second. Thats why it should be BIOS problem. Probably OS doesn't even boot.

I removed RAMs and plugged one of them to unused slot (4 slot available, 2 used) and didn't work. (Interestingly, if start computer without RAM, power button doesn't shuts down unless I press long)

Lastly I removed CMOS battery and plugged it after 10 minutes but result is same.

I don't know what to do now. I would like to hear your suggestions.

My PC configuration:
CPU: Intel G3258
Graphics: NVidia GeForce GTX770
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC Mate
RAM: 2x4GB
OS: Dual boot Ubuntu and Windows (I used sleep on Ubuntu)

I unplugged graphics card and I can get graphical output from motherboard. Then I turned off PCI-e card from BIOS settings and plugged in graphics card again. My OS sees graphics card but I don't know why output not working.

Maybe there is a problem on power cords or PCI-e slots but I don't know how to diagnose it. It should be easy to get information from OS that power is not sufficient for output in graphics card. Any advice now?
