pc starts for 1 second then stops

ok this is my first pc build the pc starts for one second then stops liek the fans and everything starts then stop psu works tested in old pc mobo and cpu is brand new

i tried both on mobo and gpu and nothing its the first time the computer is booting up so i know the gpu wont work and ic ant even get to the bios or even attempt to install a os

This must be maddening for you.

Do you have a spare monitor that you can borrow to test?

Is there some way you could have bent any of the pins on the cpu?

I assume that,seeing it's a tv,you manually switch over to the right input?

i tried 3 diff moitors and yes one of them is my tv and yes it maddening me soo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

someone shoot me ok come to find out my mobo doesnt support my ram so i gotta find out if i can even turn my ram cause it got it from ebay then buy a new one that is supported by it then wait for that to come sigh i hate my life be back in a week or so for a update sigh

Hope it works out for you. At the very least RAM is the probably the cheapest component to replace. Good luck.

ok so i got the new ram and still no display >< im out of ideas on what the problem is

Are you trying this without the video card installed? I think that may be a big part of the problem. Honestly you will get better or similar performance just from the integrated graphics as you would a gt 220. Also a detailed list of components you are using would be nice. I'll start it for you:
Mobo: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35
CPU: AMD A-Series A10-6800K
