Question PC stopped turning on

Today i tried to turn on the pc and it didn't, i was using it last night and now suddenly it stopped working, the motherboard had its rgb and power leds on but when i try to turn it on and simply doesn't start, fans dont even spin.

Tried jumping the motherboard, disconnected everything and left the essentials and try again, didn't work, used paperclip test and psu fan spins, reseated everything, still didn't work, so i don't know what did it suddenly died and why did it died, i read in other forum someone with a similar problem and he rma'd the motherboard and still got the same problem but i don't know what's wrong in my case, any idea?

My guess would be the power supply. Usually it is the reason if a computer dosn't turn on.
