Pc stops working after 2 minutes

Hey guys im new to pc building and made a not so bad pc but got a problem.
Yesterday i got my new ssd samsung 850 evo and i reinstalled windows 8 on it but there is a problem every time i open something its really really slow. And then poof nothing i can still move my mouse but nothung is working.
Plz help me

My pc
Intel pentuim g3220
Asrock 85 pro btc
8gb ddr3 corsair vengeance
500 watt evga psu
500 gb western digital green hdd
250 gb samsung 850 evo ssd

What did you actually do, reinstall/clone/fresh install of WIN 8 on SSD ? I would recommend a fresh install of WIN 8 with a bootable media(DVD/USB) on SSD, then see what happens.

And actually which one of these are your MB : http://www.asrock.com/mb/index.asp?s=1150

Did you ever tried OS installation on HDD ? If so what was the result ?

but i solved it it was the SATA cable i replaced it with a other one and it worked.
