My asus x751lb is stuck on the asus in search of incredible logo. It can get into bios but nothing else. Pressing f8 or f10 does nothing. Anything that can help maybe in the bios would be greatly appreciated.

To be clear you CAN get into the bios but windows will not boot up right ?
Assuming so Several things you can do.
First have you added new hardware ? If yes remove if possible.
Clear your CMOS, usually a jumper on MB or it could be done with a button on some boards.
Go into bios set defaults
If you get boot drive not found set that up. See what happens report back

Put it simply, CMOS is the onboard memory backed up by the small battery that keeps your BIOS settings.

If it gets corrupted, it can stop a clean boot, so clearing it by either disconnecting from mains and pulling the battery or near to the battery will be a set of pins to short. Then leave for 15mins.

On next boot the board will have been reset to factory defaults and you can go back in to BIOS and change what you like and save it.

Before doing that, I like to disconnect all the drives and leave a single stick or ram in to see it it can get to the missing boot device prompt and work from there.

A laptop this complicates things. Unfortunately I did not realize this before. You should contact manufacturer tech support.
We have been operating under the assumption it was a desktop up till now.

You could try this https://www.avira.com/en/support-download-avira-antivir-rescue-system%20
this will require a working computer with a CD burner a friends perhaps.
If this boots and runs fine then your HDD is a problem or your windows install is Borked.

Or AVG rescue CD here https://www.avg.com/en-us/rescue-cd-business-edition
then download the CD to USB app here http://download.system-rescue-cd.org/sysresccd-installer-2.0.0.exe
to make a USB stick version(If your computer supports booting from USB)
