PC stuck during Win10 update

This is what happened after i manage to update my win7 to 10,its like this for hours...i csnt get into bios and try to fix ,also i tried ESC on splashscreen ,then pause/break for DEL (enter bios) but i cant get in there ,this screen appear instantly,pleade help

Can you get into F11 boot order and use a USB to upgrade ?
