Question Pc stuck in boot loop

I just bought new DDR4 Corsair vengeance pro ram 4x 8GB 3600mhz to replace my old 2x 8GB 3200mhz ram and my pc is stuck in a boot loop. I am using a Z270x-designare motherboard and according to gigabytes manual my ram is compatible but it’s not working. I have tried to insert only 1 individually to rule out if it’s bad ram and still nothing I cleared Cmos numerous times and still nothing. However it will post with the old ram. Has anyone ever had a similar problem or have any advice on how to fix it? Also when it’s in a boot loop everything works the fans and all the RGB’s turn on.

Have you disconnected all devices not strictly neccesary in order to power on and run ?

Have you tried to update bios to latest version ?

Yes I have unplugged all peripherals and it continued bios are on the latest version.

That is weird. I'd recommend you to cantact Gigabyte and explain the problem.

What is the exact model number of your DDR4 Corsair vengeance pro ram? Is your voltage 1.35volts? the higher frequency needs more volts than the standard 1.2 volts.
