OK let's say my motherboard still works after I took it out of my rig and amazed it to the floor and I will give it another try after 2 nights of headaches.
Here what happend I updated my bios and after a few minutes of using my pc I restarted it and noticed it was kinda slow to boot so I tried again... This time I noticed that the usb flash was still connected so I pulled it out without thinking. I weeeent again for a reebot to check if everything was OK now. But BANG it froze on gigabyte starting logo (the first display where you push a botton to enter bios) mouse and keyboard aren't working, I tried force reboot but still the same.
So I went for a clr cmos but still the same.
I tried pulling out my keyboard and mouse and it works perfectly but the problem Is that I can't enter bios without a mouse or keyboard to be able to start it up.
Plugged them in other USB ports and they do work but only 1 move and get disabled again.
MOTHERBOARD DEBUG LED GIVES A 92 CODE I left it like for 15bminutea to see if it do any positive steps but nothing.
THESE ARE ALL STEPS I TRIED.
1 Tried ram 1 by 1
2 changed my liquid cpu cooler to stuck one
3 changed my graphics card to all diferent slots.
4 clr cmos through jumper, battery (I even changed it to another battery), clr cmos botton.
5 changed hard drives
6 used all USB available on motherboard and case
7 used all 3 mouses I have available
Tried ever single component on another pc. Not cpu
Might have forgotten some stuff.

-Amd Fx 8350 black edition
-Cooler Master Seidon 120mm
-Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB Xtreme Gaming
-16 Gb of Kingston HiperX Fury 4x4Gb

-1.5 tb of WD Hd
-2x250 GB of Seagate Barracuda
