Question PC stuck on BIOS Splash Screen when using new GPU ?

I recently bought a new GPU and when I installed it in my PC. It would get stuck on the bios splash screen or motherboard logo screen and won't load windows.

My GPU is an Asus GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 Fanless model. When I install the GPU in my PC and turn it on the PC Gets stuck on the BIOS spash screen and won't load windows. The PC would beep once every 10 seconds. After about 5 beeps the screen turns off.
I use an HDMI Cable to connect it.

My Motherboard doesn't support UEFI and can only run Legacy Bios. Motherboard is a Foxxcon H61XML
Bios is American Megatrends 2011

Is this happening because my Motherboard doesn't support UEFI.

Will this problem be fixed with a bios update?

If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

The GPU requires PCIe 3.0 Support.
Your motherboard does not provide that.
