Question PC Stuck on Mobo Splash Screen when I have my Mouse and Keyboard plugged in.

Alright so here's the deal, I have a PC and the thing is, when I try to boot it with my peripherals plugged in it'll stay stuck on the Mobo Splash screen but, when I unplug the Mouse/Keyboard it continues to boot normally, any idea on what I can do?
Note: it is an asus Motherboard.

Have you tried clearing CMOS? Normally this can be done by changing a jumper around or removing the cell battery; refer to your manual because the jumper tends to be easier.

Very likely ONE of them is faulty and is causing errors when it is first "tested" by the system as part of the POST process, and that causes the system to hang. Unplug one of them and try. If it works, unplug that one and plug in the other and re-try. That should narrow down which is the problem.
