Hey everyone , ive had this pc for a little whole now and dont some upgrades
specs
:cpu i5 10600k
gpu 3070
mb MSI Z490-A PRO
ram: corsair 32 gb
psu EVGA SuperNOVA 750
Corsair iCUE H150i Elite
Recently updated this pc and everything works well. had some suttering issues with games and fresh install fixed those for most games. I made sure i manually installed drivers and everything is update. though after every fresh boot having disabled hibernation, opening any app ( game or program) cause a small 1 sec stutter on my pc, mouse stutter shows or "skips" after this initial sutter it almsot never happens after that.( there are small sutters when starting up games though.) i this normal? i dont think this happened before on older hardware. though it might not be much of a problem i was thinking that this shouldnt happen at all on a pc of this build and would be a lot smother. any help would be appreciated!
