Question PC Stutters when tabing in/out.

Every time I tab out/in of something this happens ( kinda like a fps drop, look at the cursor ) and the audio is cut the same way the frames are. Even my microphone starts cutting of the same way when im talking to someone. Whats the problem?

all drivers up to date?
especially intel chipset, sata, graphics card (AMD driver)

check if the HDD/SSD is connected to the intel sata 3 port and not a 3rd party sata chip like asmedia or similar

All the drivers are already up to date
Everything is connected properly as well

Really don't know what could solve this.. Tho the system is quite old now but still works pretty good besides the stuttering.

maybe reinstalling drivers could help
use DDU uninstaller to remove all GPU drivers and reinstall the latest for your GPU from AMD.com

Everything is up to date.
I even tried to reinstall the Windows itself and it still didn't fix the issue

check the SSD and HDD for errors with the drives manufacturer tools

How high is the temperature of the CPU? you can use EDIT: coretemp for this

Is the RAM running in dual channel mode? CPU-Z can show this too
Also check with memtest.org USB autoinstaller (bootable RAM tester)

download LatencyMon and it can show you what drivers are causing latencies that may cause stuttering
