PC Stutters while playing Minecraft

So recently I've been playing Minecraft with a bunch of my friends on a private server and I decided to move PC's since the other one would be used often by other people, so first of all let me tell my specs:
Motherboard: ASUS A58M-E
CPU: AMD A6 6400K
GPU: Nvidia GT 1030 (Still on its way to my house though)
RAM: 8 GB

so when I first change PC, there was alot of things needed to be done. I had to install this and that and most ended up with problems. Most of those problems were fixed until I launched Minecraft, when I play in single player worlds, it stutters also even when typing (Including this thing I'm currently writing) I dont know why, I did Overclock the CPU from AMD catalyst control center to 4.3 GHZ , I changed some BIOS settings such as something related to the CPU (I forgot) , I changed that setting from 100% to 120%, CPU fan at Turbo and etc. My ram never gets full load, and the CPU I'm using has some bad pins on it. Is it because my CPU has bad pins on it or because I dont have a GPU yet or because my RAM is failing? or anything else

Solution
Integrated graphics are known to perform worse than discrete graphics, so off the bat a graphics card installation should help. If not, check your ram. If not, the CPU pins.

Yep so I just got my Nvidia GPU and the stutter completely stopped. My Ram is fine also. Thanks!

No problem. If you move on up in the world of gaming and consider some more advanced games, you know, high quality 3D modeled games, you may want to consider upgrading to the gtx series from NVidia, but for Minecraft and other games on low settings, yours should do fine.
