Question PC suddenly no display when it's in use

When I'm using my pc, suddenly the screen goes to no display but the machine and connected devices are still on. this problem appears when 15-45 minutes when used, and I can return it to normal just by pressing the reset button on the case, but after being reset the problem reappears when used 15-45 minutes

Motherboard Asrock H81M-VG4
Processor i3 4130
Vga Gigabyte gtx 750
Ram 8gb DDR3 Single Channel

My processor fan only turns on when my cpu starts to warm up, but when I just turn on my pc the processor fan doesn't turn on and has to wait until it warms up before the fan runs. is this normal?
I already try to change the fan, but still same problem

Check cpu temperatures.
If they are within normal range, then all is good.

There probably are settings in BIOS related to cpu fan behavior.
Quiet operation mode would turn cpu cooler fan on only when certain temperature is reached.

But if cpu temperatures are abnormal and cpu is overheating, then
probably your cpu cooler fan is failing.

I think the temperature is still normal, idle is around 40°C , when full load is around 60-63°C

And i limit the cpu power to 90%
