Question PC suddenly shut down and wont boot

So this happened to me 3 weeks ago while i was watching videos, i tried different psu, mobo, rams and cpu and still when i try to boot it on, only fans are spinning like 1.5 seconds, i also tried resetting bios but didnt work.. any suggestions what to do?
