Question PC suddenly stopped working, no display, no CPU fans --- only the case fans and optical drive are working ?

Hi, I'm new here so I hope I've posted this in the right place.

My PC was working fine last night but I switched it on this morning and there's nothing on the monitor.
The front and back case fans and the optical drive are working as normal but the side fan, CPU fan and GPU fans are dead.

What could have caused this? It's been working as normal and nothing has been touched overnight.

Do I need a new motherboard?
