PC suddenly very loud

Hello, I built my PC about 8 months ago and all of a sudden it is extremely loud when running games, my temp on my GPU gets stupid hot and I cant seem to find the problem. It sounds like a car revving its engine, its quiet then loud quiet then loud over and over again, sometimes it will just remain extremely loud.

i7-7700k
GTX 1070
h270f gaming motherboard
Stock Fans that came with case (NZXT)

I dont think thats it, this happened literally over night, I'd assume something like that would gradually get worse over time. Not overnight

Depends, seems things like that kind of hit a critical mass then get bad all at once

how would you recommend getting rid of the dust? Im not very keen on ripping open my GPU

Easiest way is compressed air or sometimes you can just blow on it if you don't see dust all on the heatsink that's not the issue.

There is hardly any dust on it, definitely not enough to cause a problem
